Suez port-Pyramids and the river Nile Tour

This tour begins from Suez port and will transfer you at the biggest city of Egypt, Cairo. The first stop is scheduled to the Citadel of Saladin and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali. The citadel is the old fortress of Cairo and built on the highest spot of the city. You will visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, which is the most famous mosque located on the summit of the Citadel. The mosque is a unique example of Ottoman architecture made of limestone and alabaster. After your sightseeing you will stand on the top of the hill and admire the view to the Old city of Cairo.

Later, you will embark for a cruise over the waters of river Nile and you will enjoy your lunch from a rich buffet on board. You will admire the shores of Cairo and also enjoy a folkloric dancing show.

The next halt is at the Western Giza plateau , a high spot that offers clear view to the Great Pyramids of Egypt. You will see the greatest pyramid in the world, the Pyramid of Cheops , the oldest of the seven miracles in the ancient world. Your bus will go on and make a stop next to the pyramid of Chephren , so you will have free time to discover the place. You will also visit the Sphinx, landmark of Egypt, a statue carved in one stone that is guarding the path if front of the pyramid. 

Your tour concludes with a visit at the Papyrus Institute, where you can discover the ancient Egyptian art of paper making from reeds that germinated on the shores of Nile.
