The excursion continues through the major olive groves and wine growing district of Crete to the traditional village of Archanes well known for its restored buildings and beautiful architecture. After lunch and free time in Archanes the tour continues to the winery at the village Peza. There you will have a tour of the winery including wine tasting as well as the presentation in form of documentary film of the story of the winery and the production procedure. Afterwards you can buy a bottle of local wine or two before embarking the bus for your ride back to Agios Nikolaos and your ship.
