Tour to Gozo island, Malta

Your excursion begins with a relaxing boat trip to Gozo island. Gozo is a scenic and rural island located in the archipelago of Malta. As you arrive on the island, you will be guided to the historical venues and get to know the everyday life of the locals. Your sightseeing starts with a visit at Ggantija Temples dated from the Neolithic Age and listed among the Unesco’s World Heritage sites. You will pass through scenic villages and stop at Calypso Cave where you will admire the stunning view to Ramla Bay. Afterwards , you will have time at Fontana Cottage where you can sample and buy local delicacies such olives, tomatoes or some tasteful local wine.

The lunch is scheduled to a local restaurant where you will taste the Maltese cuisine and relax. After your lunch , the tour goes on to Azzur Window and Inland Sea. Azzul window is a natural arch on the shores of the island chiselled by the sea. You can take an optional boat tour and admire the unique seaside landscape.

The final stop is appointed at the capital of Gozo, Victoria . In the heart of Victoria lies the Citadella (Citadel), which has been the centre of activity of the island since its first inhabitation .
