Day 1

Arrival at Istanbul airport and transfert to the city and your hotel. Free time. Overnight (Istanbul)


Day 2

Breakfast in hotel and departure for a day exploration of the mythical city and cultural capital of Turkey. Visit Topkapi Palace, follow our guide to the Blue Mosque and to Suleymaniye Cami. Continue on and visit the Roman Hippodrome and Agia Sofia, the landmark of the city.  After your educational tour treat yourself with free time in Grand Bazaar to explore the numerous products of the market and watch the experienced craftsmen practicing their craft. In the evening you shall have the option (optional) to attend a Turkish Live Show « 1000 + 1 nights » . This package includes a delicious dinner, belly dance show, drinks (limited) and Turkish folk dances. Return to Hotel and Overnight (Istanbul)

Day 3

Following a rich breakfast in Hotel we start our day which will be dedicated to the river of Bosphorus, dominating Istanbul’s life for many centuries. Visit the Egyptian Spice Market and then we head to Galata Bridge and to the Golden Horn. We explore the "Selamlik" section of Dolmabahce Palace. Continue your fascinating exploration of Istanbul on the other side of the city (Asian) after crossing Bosphorus and head to Camlica are offering great view of the city. After havinb the opportunity to take some great pictures continue your tour and embark a local ferry for a river cruise. Marvel the marble palaces, cross the small villages and take pictures of the seaside mansions while you move along Bosphorus.

Overnight in hotel (Istanbul)

Day 4

Breakfast and morning flight to Kayseri. Upon arrival we shall visit the open air Museum of Goreme and then proceed to Zelve and Devrent valley. We shall continue to Pasabaglari and to Avanos, recognized as pottery craft centre in Eastern Europe. We continue our tour to the Castle of Uchisar. In the evening enjoy a special event : the whirling Dervish ceremony (optional). Tranfer to hotel and overnight (Cappadocia)

Day 5

Start your day with a Turkish breakfast in a rural house before heading to the Red valley.

Walk around and stop for a lunch in the village. After lunch follow our guide to Derinkuyu.

This is an underground city. Afterwards we can stop to a carpet centre and watch locals exercizing the ancient craft of carpet making. Overnight in hotel (Cappadocia) 

Day 6

Leave your hotel behind and follow us to Kayseri airport for an a.m flight to Izmir. Once in Izmir follow your guide and visit Bergama and Asklepion. Transfer to hotel, free time and overnight. (Kusadasi)

Day 7

This is one of the most important and characteristic days of this tour because we shall visit Ancient Ephesus, one of the best preserved metropolis of the antiquity. After Ephesus drive to the House of Virgin Mary, the last home for many, of the Virgin. Continue your tour and visit the Basilica of St John and the temple of Artemis, knowadays in ruins but thanks to a model of large scale you shall see how it really looked centuries ago. Overnight in Hotel (Kusadasi)

Day 8

Our exploration continues through Pamukkale which is a natural springs region of great interest and beauty. Continue your day and visit the Roman resort, Hierapolis and « Nekropolis » (=the city of deads). Transfer to hotel, free time and overnight (Pamukkale)

Day 9

Breakfast and fly back to Istanbul. This will be your free day to discover this large and charming city of Turkey. Mix with the crowd, explore on your own and taste the beat of everyday life of Istanbul. Overnight in Hotel (Istanbul) 

Day 10

Leave your hotel for a transfer to the Airport of Istanbul
