Good afternoon, back home and back to your daily routine. The reason for this letter is to thank you Takis for your excellent work, we enjoyed everything you planned for us.

Thank you for the upgrades to the hotels in Syros and Mykonos already which were excellent.
Same for the refund in the price of the ferry tickets which we normally were not qualified based on the cancellation policy.

My only recommendation is to let us know about the location of the hotel.In Santorini, the taxi driver wanted to drop me off 100 meters away since it was a closed street, and I had doubts. My friends no longer carry suitcases and leaving very early, I did it, it would be a recommendation for new, older customers.

...All went really nicely: both driver and guide got a good feedback.

For Olympia the were comments that the guide was a bit too much into detail and the amount of speech was overwhelming. Also the promised free time was not possible as the guide was so precise. For Finnish guest a small pause in the guidance would be optimal. But this happens when guides are enthusiastic about their work  ...
